Resolves escalated satellite-network support cases by diagnosing performance issues, restoring service, and guiding customers and internal teams toward technical resolutions.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot escalated service degradation, analyze network performance and configurations, and drive cases to resolution.
- Develop and document technical solutions, contribute to the knowledge base, and provide advanced technical guidance.
- Work rotating weekday and weekend shifts, including on-call duties as needed.
