What you'll do
- Define monitoring, telemetry, fault classifications, thresholds, and support playbooks for connectivity systems.
- Lead escalations and reliability investigations, coordinate fixes across engineering and operations, and manage Support Engineers.
- Own technical customer relationships, field-support documentation, and technical readiness for onboarding, retrofits, and service entry.
