What you'll do

• Establish performance goals and maintain logistics and warehousing scorecards; report actuals against targets and investigate variances.
• Lead day-to-day transportation and warehousing execution, resolving escalations with internal teams and third-party providers.
• Develop measurable continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve throughput, and raise service levels.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, engineering, business management, or another relevant field.
• 3+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field.
• Experience with business intelligence reporting tools or continuous-improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, or DMAIC.

Pay

USD 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 annually base salary (USA, KY, Florence); USD 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 annually base salary (USA, TX, Austin); USD 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 annually base salary (USA, WA, Bellevue)
