Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Mentor Area Maintenance Managers and their teams; support professional growth and performance.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.
• Manage capital plans, cross-functional projects, cost analysis, contractors, and network-level support, including domestic travel up to 15%.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience; 4+ years managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience, direct leadership/supervisory experience, and managing department spend and labor budgets, performing RCA, and implementing CI.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading multi-site maintenance organizations, working with MHE integrators, or maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems; Professional Engineer License, project management, or statistical analysis experience.

Pay

123,300.00 - 166,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
