What you'll do

• Set the scientific strategy and research roadmap; align priorities and success criteria with business and technical stakeholders.
• Guide rigorous experimentation and improve model accuracy and performance, preparing results for business decisions or production.
• Hire, mentor, and develop scientists and technical contributors while identifying new analysis, efficiency, and generative AI opportunities.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Knowledge of machine learning approaches and algorithms.

Nice to have

• Experience building machine learning models or algorithms for business applications, or delivering complex machine learning software systems to customers.
• Experience with autonomous AI services, sequential recommendation or behavioral modeling, or LLM training, fine-tuning, or adaptation.

Pay

183,800.00 - 248,700.00 USD annually (base salary)
