- Manage and develop Global Commodity Managers and direct sourcing strategies for assigned hardware commodities.
- Partner with engineering, program management, production, and quality teams to resolve technical and supplier issues.
- Build a resilient supplier base, mitigate supply risks, and report sourcing status and risks to leadership.
