Leads the Operations Program Management team overseeing PCBA manufacturing and procurement operations to ensure satellite hardware delivery and strengthen supplier capacity and quality.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop Operations Program Managers; guide annual improvement plans and team best practices.
- Track and resolve hardware delivery risks with cross-functional teams, supporting production schedules.
- Evaluate supplier production capacity and manufacturing quality, and report status to senior leadership.
