What you'll do
- Develop and optimize test strategies, equipment, fixtures, processes, and maintenance programs at contract manufacturing sites.
- Analyze test and failure data, perform PCBA root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements to products, processes, and test systems.
- Document test procedures and runbooks, train and support operators and technicians, and provide feedback to test development teams.
