Manages a technical program management team delivering satellite avionics and power systems from concept through production for Amazon Leo’s low Earth orbit satellite constellation.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end avionics and power systems programs, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and test teams and managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
- Hire, develop, and coach the TPM team while improving delivery velocity, quality, and program processes.
- Drive technical and organizational alignment, including engineering tradeoffs, manufacturing and test plans, and data-driven communications with decision-makers.
