Leads development, introduction, improvement, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and production capacity for a spacecraft optical, electrical, and mechatronic module.
What you'll do
- Lead design and improvement of assembly, integration, and test processes with a team of manufacturing engineers.
- Act as the factory’s technical interface to development, contributing to design reviews, escalations, and new product development.
- Own production capacity planning, including defining, installing, and qualifying capital equipment for increased production rates.
