Mechanical Integration Leader, OMHS

What you'll do

• Manage mechanical installation crews and coordinate equipment, materials, vendors, and work sequencing across sites.
• Lead mechanical quality checks, commissioning, testing, punch-list repairs, and handoffs to electrical teams.
• Drive installation standards, technical decisions, project documentation, and safety, schedule, cost, and quality outcomes.

What they ask for

• Engineering experience, including supervisory experience managing people and installation crews, maintenance technicians, or tradespeople.
• Experience in a fast-paced automated, industrial, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering in a manufacturing or construction environment; technical project management and delivery experience in active construction environments.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50%, with travel exceeding 50% in some instances on short notice; ability to read and understand installation drawings.

Nice to have

• Experience installing conveyor or sortation systems, structural steel, pneumatic systems, or working for a material handling integrator.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM 360, or equivalent CAD software; PMP or other project management certification.

Pay

91,800.00 - 137,700.00 USD annually (base salary); 82,600.00 - 123,900.00 USD annually (base salary)
