Mechanical Integration Leader, OMHS

What you'll do

• Manage installation crews deploying conveyor, sortation, structural, and related mechanical systems.
• Oversee mechanical quality control, commissioning, testing, punch lists, and handoff to electrical teams.
• Coordinate multi-site project execution, materials, sequencing, safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

What they ask for

• Experience in engineering, including a supervisory role managing people.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations engineering, manufacturing engineering, or project engineering in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Experience managing installation crews, maintenance technicians, or tradespeople; and managing technical projects in fast-paced automated industrial environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically; travel may exceed 50% in some instances with short notice, and ability to read and understand installation drawings.

Nice to have

• Experience installing conveyor or sortation systems, structural steel, pneumatic systems, or working with material handling integrators.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM 360, or equivalent CAD software; PMP or other project management certification.

Pay

91,800.00 - 137,700.00 USD annually (base salary); 82,600.00 - 123,900.00 USD annually (base salary)
