About the job
Build and lead AWS’s global Power & Cooling Post-Delivery organization, accountable for equipment commissioning readiness and on-time Power Facilities Hand Off (PFHO).
What you'll do
- Hire, develop, and lead the organization, setting its strategy, goals, operating model, and leadership bench.
- Own end-to-end outcomes from equipment delivery through PFHO, including global issue escalation and resolution.
- Establish operating mechanisms, metrics, and risk management; represent Post-Delivery with executives and partner organizations.
