Multi-Site EHS Lead

What you'll do

• Implement safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments and site audits, and analyze incident trends and safety metrics.
• Partner with Operations leadership, oversee WHS training and recordkeeping, and address compliance issues.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities; travel 50–70% and work various shifts.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibility in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibility in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Obtain adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 3 weeks of start date if not already certified.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing; multi-site/remote management experience.
• Master's degree or above; Certified Safety Professional preferred.
