About the job
Leads workplace health and safety programs across multiple sites, partnering with Operations to assess risks, improve safety performance, maintain compliance, and support emergency response.
What you'll do
- Implement WHS programs, conduct site audits and risk assessments, and use safety metrics and incident trends to drive improvements.
- Partner with Operations leaders, oversee WHS training and recordkeeping, and promote associate engagement in safety.
- Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities; travel 50–70% and work various shifts.
