Leads workplace health and safety across multiple sites, implementing safety programs, assessing risks, improving compliance, and partnering with Operations to protect associates.
What you'll do
- Implement safety initiatives, conduct site audits and risk assessments, and analyze incident trends and performance metrics.
- Partner with Operations leadership, oversee WHS training and recordkeeping, and drive safety improvements across sites.
- Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities.
