Conducts high-judgment investigations and operational analysis for Delivery Service Partner programs, while improving processes and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Investigate sensitive cases using SOPs and Amazon tools; analyze root causes and escalate recurring issues.
- Lead process improvement projects involving SOPs, training, and technology implementation; monitor safety, quality, productivity, and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate operational insights to leadership, and support DSP and transporter programs.
