Deploy and support AWS data center network infrastructure, including equipment installation, troubleshooting, capacity work, and hardware migrations.
What you'll do
- Manage tickets, customer requests, project priorities, and coordination with stakeholders and vendors.
- Troubleshoot networking, routing, interconnectivity, patch panels, and patch cords; support hardware configuration and rollout.
