What you'll do
- Manage work and customer requests through ticketing workflows; coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve project obstacles.
- Troubleshoot network, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
- Support new hardware installation, power and cooling requirements, migrations, configuration, and rollout.
