OMHS Integration Safety Lead, FEC - Facilities, Engineering and Construction

What you'll do

• Design and implement safety policies, procedures, training curricula, and competency verification for ONE MHS roles and activities.
• Manage site readiness, SSC V3/V4 compliance, audits, incident investigations, contractor safety, and safety metrics across multiple projects.
• Advise senior leaders and coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to scale the safety program.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of cross-functional project or program delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive occupational, construction, or safety program management experience, plus 5+ years building safety programs from the ground up.
• Experience with high-risk construction or industrial activities, multiple project sites and workforces, OSHA construction and general industry standards, contractor safety management, and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or MBA with safety management focus.
• CSP, ASP, or CHST certification.

Pay

129,800.00 - 175,500.00 USD annually (base salary); 144,200.00 - 195,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
