Provides onsite first aid and wellness support, manages injury-related programs and records, and helps promote safe work practices and emergency response.
What you'll do
- Assess and provide first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers, and support site emergencies.
- Maintain care records and reports, and coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
- Promote injury prevention through safety coaching, education, and engagement with associates and leadership.

- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or active Athletic Trainer Certification from the BOC or equivalent State Certification.
Nice to have
- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience with industrial wellness, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, or digital recordkeeping.
