About the job
Provides onsite first aid and injury support, promotes workplace health and safety, and coordinates care and return-to-work processes for Amazon associates.
What you'll do
- Assess and administer first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers, and assist with emergency response.
- Maintain care records, activity logs, medical supplies, and workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
- Promote injury prevention through education and coaching, and support first aid, CPR, and AED training.
What they ask for
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or active Athletic Trainer certification from the BOC or equivalent state certification.
- Obtain adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 3 weeks of start date if not already certified.
Nice to have
- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience with industrial wellness programs, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, or digital recordkeeping.

27.01 - 31.05 USD hourly base salary
