Provides onsite first aid and emergency response, supports injury prevention and workers’ compensation processes, and promotes workplace health and safety for Amazon associates.
What you'll do
- Assess and provide first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers, and assist with site emergencies.
- Maintain care records, activity logs, medical supplies, and workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
- Promote injury prevention through education and coaching; support safety meetings, certifications, and drug-testing protocols.

- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or active Athletic Trainer certification from BOC or equivalent state certification.
Nice to have
- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience with an industrial wellness program, OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation, ergonomics, or digital recordkeeping; proficiency in Microsoft Office is also preferred.
