What you'll do
- Assess and provide first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers, and assist with emergency response.
- Reduce injury risk through education and coaching; maintain care records, activity logs, medical supplies, and a clean work area.
- Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs and support first-aid, CPR, and AED training.

- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or current active Athletic Trainer Certification from the BOC or equivalent State Certification.

- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience with an industrial wellness program, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, or digital recordkeeping.
