What you'll do
- Assess and provide first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers, and support emergency response.
- Promote injury prevention through education and coaching; maintain care records and daily reports.
- Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and maintain medical supplies and credentials.

- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or active Athletic Trainer certification from BOC or equivalent State Certification.

- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with industrial wellness programs, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, or digital recordkeeping.
