Provides onsite first aid and injury support, promotes workplace health and safety, and coordinates care records and return-to-work programs for Amazon associates.
What you'll do
- Assess and provide first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers, and assist with emergencies.
- Promote injury prevention through education and coaching; coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
- Maintain care records, activity logs, medical supplies, and required first-aid, CPR, and AED credentials.

- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or current active Athletic Trainer Certification from BOC or equivalent State Certification.
- If lacking adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, obtain it within 3 weeks of start date.
Nice to have
- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience with industrial wellness, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, or digital recordkeeping.
Pay
