About the job
Provides onsite first aid and wellness support, manages injury-related programs and records, and assists with workplace safety and emergency response.
What you'll do
- Assess and administer first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers, and support emergencies.
- Maintain care records and reports; coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
- Promote injury prevention through education and coaching, and support onsite safety operations.

- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved ECC provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or active Athletic Trainer certification from the BOC or equivalent State Certification.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with industrial wellness, ergonomics, OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation, or digital recordkeeping; first aid/CPR/AED instructor certification is also preferred.
