Provides onsite first aid, injury prevention, health and safety coaching, and workers’ compensation and return-to-work support for Amazon associates.
What you'll do
- Assess and provide first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers, and assist with emergency response.
- Promote injury prevention through education and coaching; coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
- Maintain care records, activity logs, medical supplies, and first aid, CPR, and AED credentials.

- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider.
- Also hold a current valid EMT certification, Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or active Athletic Trainer certification from BOC or equivalent State Certification.
Nice to have
- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience with industrial wellness, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, ergonomics, or digital recordkeeping; Microsoft Office proficiency is also preferred.
