Onsite Medical Representative

What you'll do

• Assess and provide first aid; refer associates to outside medical providers when needed and support site emergencies.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, maintain care records, and submit shift reports.
• Promote injury prevention through education and floor coaching; collaborate with the WHS team and maintain medical supplies and certifications.

What they ask for

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider.
• Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or current active Athletic Trainer Certification from BOC or equivalent State Certification.

Nice to have

• Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience with industrial wellness, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, or digital recordkeeping; Microsoft Office proficiency is also preferred.

Pay

27.01 - 31.05 USD hourly base salary
