About the job
Provides onsite first aid and injury-prevention support, manages care records and return-to-work processes, and assists with workplace safety and emergency response.
What you'll do
- Assess and provide first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers when needed, and assist in emergencies.
- Maintain care records and activity reports, and coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
- Promote injury prevention through education and coaching, and support safety operations and first-aid training.

- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or current active Athletic Trainer Certification from the BOC or equivalent State Certification.
Nice to have
- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience with industrial wellness, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, or digital recordkeeping.
