Processes and audits AWS Reservation Product transactions, investigates discrepancies, and supports accurate, compliant operations.
What you'll do
- Process and audit Reservation Product cancellations, purchases, migrations, and modifications in accordance with Legal, Security, and Compliance requirements.
- Occasionally handle escalations and investigate data discrepancies to identify root causes and solutions.
- Communicate across related channels and occasionally retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and other data management/BI systems.
