What you'll do
- Process and audit Reservation Product cancellations, purchases, migrations, and modifications under Legal, Security, and Compliance requirements.
- Escalate requests and issues; investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Communicate across related channels and occasionally retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and other data management/BI systems.
