What you'll do
- Process and audit cancellations, purchases, migrations, and modifications while meeting Legal, Security, and Compliance requirements.
- Escalate requests and issues, investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Communicate process updates and occasionally retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and other data management/BI systems.
