What you'll do
- Design and implement high-volume fulfillment processes, systems, and facilities; recommend improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Kaizen.
- Lead project design and coordination with internal teams and vendors, including equipment specifications, material flow, process design, and site layouts.
- Manage capital projects, budgets, schedules, bids, and vendor quality; coordinate site training, maintenance, and safety practices.
