Leads an operations team and manages safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance across an Amazon operations site.

- Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly employees; lead large-scope site or regional projects.
- Develop productivity plans using forecasts, productivity requirements, and load balancing with other leaders.
- Coordinate with support teams to meet business objectives and maintain safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
