What you'll do

• Mentor and motivate salaried and hourly employees, and lead large-scope projects with site or regional impact.
• Build productivity plans using forecast reviews, productivity requirements, and load balancing with other leaders.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises in collaboration with support teams.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, and work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to meet the stated physical and environmental demands, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking up to 12 hours during shifts.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience; experience managing teams of 2+ salaried and 70+ indirect employees.
• Process improvement experience using Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma; relevant degree or experience in listed industries.

Pay

91,000.00 - 136,500.00 USD annually (base salary)
