What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end production, planning, delivery, and supplier performance for assigned PCBAs.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing capacity, quality, production rates, processes, and delivery KPIs; resolve blockers and constraints.
- Coordinate with engineering and other teams to mitigate supply chain risks and implement continuous improvements.
