What you'll do
- Verify medication quality and prescription orders, and coordinate fulfillment from processing through packing and shipment.
- Handle pharmacy operations including prescription transfers, customer profiles, returns, medication rejects, substitutions, and canister approvals.
- Answer clinical questions, investigate and report errors, and collaborate with pharmacy and distribution teams.
