What you'll do

• Manage and develop Area Managers; set expectations, provide feedback, and hold them accountable.
• Oversee Inbound or Outbound operations, including safety, quality, performance, and customer experience.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma methods and performance metrics to improve efficiency and share best practices.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in a listed or related field, plus three years of experience in management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or a related occupation; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a listed or related field plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Three years of salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production, procurement, distribution, logistics, or related environment or operations.
• Three years of experience with lean process improvement, Six Sigma, or related performance metrics or process improvements.
• Three years of cross-functional coordination and qualitative and quantitative data analysis supporting business decisions and cross-functional initiatives.

Pay

USD 141,918/year to USD 162,000/year (base salary)
