What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and hold Area Managers accountable for team and departmental performance.
• Oversee safety, quality, operations, and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations; participate in staffing, hiring, and performance management.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma methods, metrics, and improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and share best practices.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in those fields plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• 3 years of salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production, procurement, distribution, logistics, related environment, or operations.
• 3 years of experience using lean process improvement, Six Sigma, related performance metrics, or process improvements for efficiency, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics.
• 3 years of experience in cross-functional coordination and qualitative and quantitative data analysis supporting business decisions and cross-functional initiatives.

Pay

$135000 - $162000 USD base salary
