What you'll do

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers, setting expectations and holding them accountable for performance.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations; participate in staffing, hiring, and performance management.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma methods and performance metrics to improve efficiency, establish initiatives, and share best practices.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years’ experience in management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or a related occupation; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a listed or related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• 3 years of salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production, procurement, distribution, logistics, related environment, or operations.
• 3 years of experience using lean process improvement, Six Sigma methodologies, or related performance metrics or process improvements in efficiency, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics.
• 3 years of experience in cross-functional coordination across business units and qualitative and quantitative data analysis supporting business decisions and cross-functional initiatives.

Pay

$135,141/year to $162,000/year (base salary)
