What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team of 10–25 direct reports, including hiring, training, scheduling, development, and performance management.
- Plan and improve department processes, monitor operational goals, analyze data to address root causes, and report performance to senior leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders and product teams to improve workflows, address risks, and advance roadmap initiatives; support pharmacy interns and relationships with pharmacy schools.
