What you'll do
- Provide strategic oversight, conduct site visits and audits, and develop action plans to improve performance across locations.
- Ensure regulatory, quality, safety, and controlled-substance compliance while standardizing processes across sites.
- Develop pharmacy leaders and coordinate staffing, operational metrics, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
