What you'll do
- Manage site operations, including prescription review and fulfillment, delivery performance, workflow, and escalations.
- Lead, coach, and develop pharmacy staff; set expectations, measure performance, and support training and succession planning.
- Maintain pharmacy and staff licensure, follow applicable regulations, and drive quality and process-improvement initiatives.
