What you'll do
- Review electrical and mechanical designs for constructability and evaluate potential sites, including civil, structural, electrical, and phasing considerations.
- Develop construction scopes and RFPs; evaluate bids, schedules, pricing, and subcontractors; negotiate with general contractors.
- Coordinate with Real Estate, Design Engineering, and partner teams on design development, site requirements, cost, and schedule.
