What you'll do
- Lead pre-construction, evaluate site feasibility, and compile site, landlord, and permitting information for construction drawings.
- Coordinate and review designs with contractors and operational teams, balancing quality, schedule, cost, and operational needs.
- Negotiate design and construction scope and terms, review contract documents, and approve developer or landlord building-envelope delivery.
