Leads pre-construction planning and design coordination for fulfillment and logistics building projects, from site feasibility through construction documentation and implementation.
What you'll do
- Lead pre-construction, assess site feasibility, and gather site, landlord, and permitting information for construction drawings.
- Coordinate and review designs with contractors, operations, and maintenance teams to meet quality, schedule, cost, and operational needs.
- Negotiate design and construction scope, pricing, and terms; review contracts and approve developer or landlord building-envelope delivery.
