Leads pre-construction planning and coordination for fulfillment and logistics building projects, from feasibility and design through contracts, permitting, and implementation.
What you'll do
- Lead pre-construction, evaluate site feasibility, and compile project requirements for construction drawings.
- Coordinate and review design with contractors and internal teams for operational fit, quality, schedule, and cost.
- Negotiate project scope and terms, review contract documents, and support permitting and building-envelope approvals.
