What you'll do
- Lead flight operations, ground handling, and fulfillment teams; monitor live operations and resolve barriers to maintain uptime.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, coaching, employee relations, timekeeping, and team records.
- Track operational metrics, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and implement process improvements.
