Leads the design, launch, and optimization of production-scale PCBA and wire harness manufacturing operations, from process development and equipment deployment through operational handover.
What you'll do
- Own manufacturing line concepts, requirements, equipment selection, commissioning, production ramp-up, and handover for PCBA and wire harness production.
- Develop and standardize assembly, test, quality, and safety processes; improve yield, defects, and cost using continuous improvement methods.
- Coordinate with product design teams, suppliers, vendors, and EMS partners; mentor engineers and drive cross-functional execution.
